At Tucson TimeBank, we harness the power of community and connection through our unique local exchange trading system (LETS). Our initiative is centered around the idea of abundance, promoting a currency that fosters relationships and collaboration among members. We aim to create a vibrant network where every hour of service is valued, allowing individuals to contribute their skills and talents while receiving support in return.
We have NO hierarchy ! We are an organization where every member is a leader and organizer. Just like your immune system, your brain cells, ecosystems, peer-to-peer networks, and the internet itself, our organization functions based on a few simple principles.If EVERYONE shares the same values, and understands the goals and objectives of the group, the TimeBank can function flawlessly WITHOUT any 'leader' or central structure.
YOU are the leader ! You are the one creating a legacy and making the community the kind of place we all want to live in.
Our values: honesty, trustworthiness, kindness, generosity, transparency, love.
Our Goals: Recruit as many different people and companies as possible ! Every type of group - non-profits, artists collectives, gov't agencies, colleges, on and on - ALL are needed and welcomed. Reach out, and help us make LoveNotes/Tucson TimeBank a model to be copied and spread around the country and the world, and DUMP the predatory, vicious, and destructive late-stage capitalism killing out beautiful planet !

The mission of Tucson TimeBank is to cultivate a sense of belonging and mutual support within our community through the exchange of time and talents. We are dedicated to building an inclusive environment where every contribution is appreciated, and where individuals can share their skills to enrich the lives of others. By prioritizing collaboration over competition, we empower our members to thrive and foster meaningful connections that last a lifetime.
We have NO hierarchy (see 'About Us') - EVERY member is encouraged to be a leader and ambassador, not just a member. Our goal is to get as many businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and community members to join up, so we have a wide range of goods and services people can exchange.
Tucson is a culturally rich place, with amazing creative people, doing amazing things. we NEED you to be a part of this !

PLEASE - reach out to everyone in your social circle you think might be a good fit. Just hand them the package, and ask them to check it out.
